Everyone is welcome to browse our site. In order to purchase any of our items or to receive our periodic newsletter listing new items a quick registration form is provided. Here you will choose a user name & password as well as provide your contact information (ie: email, shipping address, ect.). As the majority of items on this site are 'buy it now' fixed price listings this will enable registered users to click & purchase items on a first come - first served basis at any time day or night without the need to contact us as to availability of the item. When a listing is active it is available, after an item is purchased the listing is automatically closed. Using an alias or user ID provides confidentiality to the buyer. You will receive a confirmation directly after purchasing the item to your registered email address with shipping details, order total & payment information.
Any information collected by us during the registration process is held strictly confidential and is only used to complete the transaction.
Shipping Charges
Feel free to use the 'ask a question' link on any listing page to get a shipping quote on any particular item. We use the United States Postal Service and ship most items via 1st Class or Priority Mail, insured with Delivery Confirmation. All items are well packed & processed within 2 business days. Only ACTUAL postage costs are charged, no 'handling' or other hidden fees. If you require a different shipping method or ship to address just ask, we can accomodate you. At this time we only ship to USA addresses.
Return Policy
We strive to provide accurate descriptions & photographs and have virtually zero returns, however your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed and we offer a full 10 day return priviledge on all our items unless otherwise stated in the listing. Just drop me a line within 10 days of receipt letting me know you intend to return the item.
