Who I am:
My name is Al Parker, I've been digging/collecting antique bottles & other artifacts here in rural upstate New York for over 38 years, mainly Oswego, Jefferson, Oneida and Onondaga counties. Our ancestors inadvertently left us buried treasures here & there on their properties. The majority of today's owners of those same properties dont realize this and/or lack the expertise to recover the potentially valuable artifacts their properties contain. For the past 12 years I've built a business recovering artifacts and generating income for property owners while at the same time bringing back to light items of history that future generations might never have otherwise seen or enjoyed.
What I do:
Simply put., I recover artifacts that are buried on older properties, clean, inventory and catalog the items, then market them, splitting the proceeds with the property owners on a percentage basis. If your property meets the initial criteria to possibly have artifacts of the type I specialize in and you are interested in the possibility of generating some revenue from it, then we should talk! It is important to note that not all sites will yield artifacts of any importance or significant value, but also that others exceed anyones expectations. City & Village properties tend to produce a higher return as a rule, and are preferred, rural properties with atleast some acreage would be second.
Below is the initial criteria I use to determine if a site warrants further investigation:
Of course there are other factors involved, but if the answers to the above are yes, yes & no.., then I would be interested in talking with you further.
The 2011 season has come to a successful close, I am scheduling site inspections, interviews & digs for the 2012 season at this time.
If you would like more information or to discuss this further please contact me at your earliest convenience using the above 'Contact Us' link.
Thankyou for your time,
Al Parker
